Early voting begins Thursday, June 11th, and I want you to know exactly where I stand before you head to the polls.
Public Safety
Our first responders need a council that funds them without hesitation. As Former President of the Easton Town Council, I voted to put resources behind the people who protect our community. That will not change.
Lower Taxes
Talbot County's property tax rate has increased roughly 26% since 2021. Homeowners deserve relief, not excuses. I will push to apply the Constant Yield Rate to offset rising assessments so your bill reflects what you can actually afford.
Cut Waste
I will apply a business owner's discipline to county spending, finding efficiencies, eliminating redundancy, and making sure every tax dollar is working for residents.
Faster Permits. Real Accountability.
If you have ever tried to build, expand, or renovate in Talbot County, you know the frustration. I will push for a permit accountability system that gives applicants real timelines, real answers, and full transparency from start to finish.
No Data Centers
Talbot County's character, its farmland, its waterways, its quality of life, is not for sale to industrial tech development. I oppose data center development in our county and will vote that way every time.

Early voting runs June 11 through June 18 at the Talbot County Board of Elections on Dover Street in Easton. Election Day is June 23rd.
